Shipping policy

Orders generally ship withing 3 business days. Currently, shipping is only available within the contiguous US on our web store. Please contact us directly if you would like to ship an order outside of the contiguous US, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if we have sufficient inventory and resources available.

Order cancellations can be requested by contacting us directly at hello@ensudesign.com. Please note, however, that order cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once the order has begin processing by our fulfillment partners, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

For international customers, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. International customers should be sure that their correct contact information is provided so that the carrier or local customs authorities can get in touch should customs or duties need to be collected. Under no circumstances will orders be refunded for items being held or rejected due to customs issues.
